These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Surf and Sports website, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”. The administrator of the Service is Surf and Sports. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator’s registered place of business. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the Service.
